Great location. About a 10 minute walk to Nimman Road and relatively near the old town. The manager was very friendly and knowledgable and always eager to help. Down a really quiet road, which was perfect after a busy few days in Bangkok.

Friendly welcome as soon as you arrive as the name says Friends & Family, great location as it is very close to the old town, you can use the bicycles provided by the hostel which is great, coffee and tea available in the morning which is a great start for your day, convenient location in terms of eat out, restaurants, bakeries, bars.

A cozy hostel well worth the money. It is in a nice location in Chiang Mai, and is well run by an owner that was easy to communicate with. The hostel is clean and the room is nice, well worth it.

The room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable with working AC and TV. The communication with the owner was very easy as well as the check-in. The location is quiet with a lot of cafes around.
